Stripe Payment Gateway

Setting up an online merchant account is a great step towards achieving autonomy in your online ticket sales. This is best for you if your venue or promotion company sells a high amount of tickets, and especially if you are interested in long-term commitment with HoldMyTicket. Our ticket sales platform integrates with a few different services, but the one we recommend most highly is Stripe.

Stripe requires no setup fee or monthly subscription. Pay as you go, and enjoy the simple setup and seamless return of profit.

Once you're logged in and have verified your email, go to your dashboard, and click 'Account Settings' on the top-right menu.

On the following screen, go to the API Keys area and copy the Live Secret Key. Send it to your HoldMyTicket representative. We'll cover the rest.

From here you can start selling tickets on HoldMyTicket and funds will land straight into your Stripe account!

Your last step is to connect your Stripe account with your bank so you can begin transferring funds.

Click 'Activate Account' on the top-right menu and fill out the following form to add a bank account and verify your identity/business. Once verified, your account will go live and you can schedule transfers at your convenience.
